A Better NYLAG is a growing group of NYLAG employees who believe that our organization, our clients, and our mission would benefit from electing to unionize. Unions provide their members with training, salaries, and employment protections that help them to grow as employees and provide the best services possible for their clients. A Better NYLAG believes that unionizing would not only provide a means of addressing some of NYLAG's shortcomings, but would also serve to improve the quality of legal representation we provide our clients and ensure workplace respect for all.
